LLM-first SEO
AEO, GEO, AIO and SXO as one stack — structuring content so it gets cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, not just ranked below them.
Open to senior SEO & content roles
SEO & content strategist, 5+ years. I lead organic growth for 10+ brands across AI, SaaS, healthcare, real estate and D2C — and I build the automation underneath it, so the strategy still runs after the deck is closed.
01 By the numbers
Figures are from live GSC / GA4 / ESP reporting across engagements from 2023 to today.
02 What I do
The common thread: I don't hand over a strategy document and leave. I build the pipeline, the quality gate and the reporting layer that make the strategy survive contact with a real content team.
AEO, GEO, AIO and SXO as one stack — structuring content so it gets cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, not just ranked below them.
Full-site audits, schema architecture, meta systems at SKU scale, sitemap and robots hygiene, llms.txt, index bloat cleanup, Core Web Vitals triage.
Location × condition × service page systems for multi-location businesses — built off real search demand and CMS-mapped fields, not a template that silently drops half its meta.
Pillar architecture, keyword-to-intent mapping, and long-form editorial (1,400–2,500 words) written to a readability floor and a citation standard, not to a word count.
Newsletters, drip automation, segmentation and WhatsApp retention flows — the channels that make organic traffic worth acquiring twice.
Airtable-routed content pipelines, Make and n8n scenarios, CMS publishers for Webflow / WordPress / Shopify, and reporting that pulls itself from GSC, GA4 and GMB.
03 Selected work
Six of these were delivered through Yard AI, where I lead the SEO and content workstream. The client relationships belong to the agency, so I describe them by category rather than by name — discretion is part of the job. Happy to talk specifics in a conversation. Open any card for the brief, what I built, and where it landed.
A loved brand that search couldn't find: 286 products sitting under Shopify default metas, and a catalogue split only into “boys” and “girls”.
The site had 286 products and roughly 95 collections in the sitemap. Not one sampled product page had a written meta description — all auto-generated from body copy. Collection titles were inconsistent down to the spelling. And the information architecture mirrored the warehouse, not the parent: someone searching “anarkali for a 4-year-old for a wedding” had no path into the catalogue at all.
The brand now surfaces inside AI-search answers for high-intent ethnic-wear queries — a first in the category — with an SEO system the team can run without me.
Two separately-branded arms, no schema, no sitemap, no GMB optimisation, and a report someone rebuilt by hand every week.
The group runs residential rehabilitation and outpatient mental healthcare across Delhi-NCR — but had grown up as two separately-branded businesses marketing to one patient journey. On the search side the intake audit was blunt: no schemas, no meta tags, no sitemap, no robots.txt, no llms.txt, no Google Business Profile optimisation, and no reporting infrastructure.
One unified search footprint across 11 locations, and a weekly report that produces itself instead of costing a day.
Two websites, a high-net-worth audience, and a client brief that explicitly ruled out volume blogging.
Real estate SEO defaults to publishing daily and hoping. This client wanted the opposite: four blogs a month, maximum, and a search strategy that could carry a luxury positioning without ever naming a competitor or quoting a price that hadn't been verified that week.
Four high-standard articles a month plus a scalable programmatic layer — with a fact-verification gate that blocks publishing rather than warning about it.
Building a direct-booking content channel for a category most travellers don't know exists yet — and reducing OTA dependency in the process.
A destination property in an emerging category, dependent on OTAs for discovery, with no organic content engine and a WordPress stack nobody had audited.
A direct-booking content channel that runs on a state machine, and a structured-data bug caught before it cost another 25 posts their rich results.
Marketplace listings that ranked but didn't convert, and a retention funnel nobody had audited since launch.
A festival-cycle business where demand arrives in sharp, dated spikes — so a listing that converts badly in week one of Navratri can't be fixed in week three, and a retention journey that misfires costs a whole season.
Listings, lifecycle copy and a full-year campaign calendar that a seasonal business can plan against instead of react to.
A studio with genuine community and no system for staying in touch with it.
Boutique fitness lives or dies on retention, not acquisition. The studio had loyal members, a strong in-studio experience, and no lifecycle communication holding it together between visits.
A lifecycle programme the studio can run on a calendar, in a market where members choose on habit.
Zero to 116,000+ subscribers, and a 44% average open rate held the whole way up.
Scale AI needed a direct channel to its global contributor community — one that could recruit, onboard and retain technical contributors without paying for the audience twice.
A community channel that grew two orders of magnitude without the open rate collapsing — the number most newsletters lose first.
04 How the work runs
Content strategy fails at the handoff. So I build the handoff: a four-stage pipeline where every article moves through a status machine, and no stage can hand off work that hasn't passed its gate. Forked per brand — same skeleton, different CMS.
Search demand and LLM-answer gaps become a seeded calendar mapped to content pillars.
→ Planned
Long-form drafted against intent, structure and schema — one markdown artifact per article.
→ In progress
Covers and inline visuals routed by type, with variety and brand rules enforced, not suggested.
→ Ready for review
Straight into Webflow, WordPress or Shopify with metas and structured data attached.
→ Approved → Published
Readability floor, paragraph-length limits, an inline live source for every statistic, and no unverified price or claim. A failing article doesn't get a warning — it doesn't get published.
GSC, GA4 and Google Business Profile metrics scheduled into client sheets — weekly for some brands, monthly for others. Nobody rebuilds a tab by hand.
The same skeleton runs across Webflow, WordPress and Shopify clients. A fix made once propagates; a new brand starts at week four, not week one.
05 Experience
I started in audit and receivables, which is where I learned to distrust a number I can't trace. That habit is the reason my SEO reports reconcile.
